‘Leftover roast’ chicken soup

I like a thick and nutritious soup, and any leftovers from the roast chicken dinner makes this taste like a terrific ‘taste memory’ of yesterday’s meal. You can thin to your personal taste.


The leftovers + a chopped up red onion

imageFry off the onions and then the other ingredients.  Add any leftover gravy and/or some chicken or veg stock.
