A quick and easy tasty supper. Perfect mid week. Tasty prawns, chilli and olives with linguine. A few ingredients are all you need.
Pizza and pasta

Prawn arrabiata with angel hair pasta
Hot and fiery but quick and easy to make for a supper with a kick! I’m using fresh herbs as I’ve got some growing outside. But you can use dried herbs if you’ve got some in the cupboard. Add a little fresh basil if you can though as it does impart a little something extra!
Crispy based pesto pizza
I’m a thin and crusty pizza person and using tortilla wraps is a great way to make a crispy base. Tortilla wraps crisp up nicely in the oven, and are really quick to cook. I’m using pesto as the base sauce tonight.
