I’m a thin and crusty pizza person and using tortilla wraps is a great way to make a crispy base. Tortilla wraps crisp up nicely in the oven, and are really quick to cook. I’m using pesto as the base sauce tonight.
You’ll need
Put your oven on 200c/fan 180. Put the tortilla on a baking sheet and spread the pesto on top. I’m adding a few red onion rings, some olives and a few cherry tomatoes and a little feta. But you can add the topping you like.
Bake in the oven til the base is crispy and the cheese has melted a little (probably about 8-10 minutes). A little rocket salad on the top and a drizzle of olive oil or tabasco. Delicious!
