Another beautiful day, Lily takes in the spring air and the primroses look so lovely!

A few leftovers in the fridge from yesterday.  Christopher can make his favourite brunch!

With the leftover Provencal mash, he’s made a nice little patty which he’s frying for a few minutes either side to heat through properly and slightly brown.  Then fry an egg put on top and – voila, a happy man!
