Lemon curd ice cream

A super quick lemony ice cream.

I bought some delicious cream from Borough Market today. It’s thick and luscious. No need to whip this to soft folds before we make the ice cream. 300 ml of double cream.

Double cream

Add a good half jar of lemon curd. Half a lemon and some lemon zest. Give a good mix and put in the freezer for 3 hours. Scoop into a pretty glass. Delicious!
