Put your oven on 180c.
I’ve picked a handful of delicious rocket from the garden, approx 30g.
Wash and cut the pear into 4 pieces. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with a little lemon juice and honey. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Make your dressing using 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp grain mustard, 1 Tbs lemon juice, 3 Tbs olive oil. Mix together or shake in a screw top jar. When the pears have cooled slightly, slice out the cores, and place around the edge of a nice bowl. Put the rocket salad in the middle, and crumble over the goats cheese and walnuts. Drizzle the dressing over the top and find somewhere nice and sunny to eat it!
