With a taste of Asia, lemongrass, coriander, chilli and garlic, these burgers are full of flavour, pack a ‘meaty’ punch and are great with a healthy pepper salad.
Spicy prawns on a pumpkin and coconut broth.
Nice and spicy for Firework Night and using up some leftover pumpkin from Halloween. While the broth simmers chop up some herb, chilli and garlic to quickly fry a few prawns.

A lovely autumnal soup, perfect for Halloween. Flavoured with coconut milk, chilli, and ginger, and topped with spicy pumpkin seeds. Deliciously warming.
Chilli courgettes with fresh herbs.
Chilli flavoured courgettes simply pan fried with garlic and lots of herbs.
I’ve picked a few courgettes, their skins are so tender when freshly picked. But courgettes prepared in this way will be delicious wherever you find them! I’m using several sprigs of fresh thyme and oregano to give a lovely flavour.
