Little salmon fritters
Delicious little fritters of salmon and chilli and a Greek yoghurt, lemon, garlic and coriander dip.
Seabream fillet with a Thai lime sauce
A super quick supper. I’m using a seabream fillet but you can use seabass if you prefer or any slim fillet of white fish. This serves 1 so double up for 2.
Roast salmon and guacamole ciabatta
“Rye in the sky”
A glorious drive down to Rye in wonderful spring sunshine. Perched on a hilltop and surrounded by marshland, historic Rye – so quintessentially English.
Provencal fish stew

Smoked salmon and scrambled egg
Easy and quick, tasty and nutritious. Delicious breakfast or quick supper! Serves 1.
Aubergine purée – chargrilled and spicy
